  1. Do you allow customers to view the clothes at your venue?
    Yes, we allow customers to view our collection at our venue. Please contact us at
    enquiries@littlekidzcouture.com and leave down your name and contact number and we will get back to you on the same day. You are welcomed to bring your friends who would also like to view our selection. Please note that this is by appointment only.
  2. How can I reserve an item?  
    Email us at
    orders@littlekidzcouture.com with the item name, size, colour, quantity, contact name and contact details. We will contact you with the payment details in a day. 

  3. How long will it take to get my order?
    Local orders will be processed and sent out within three business days upon payment. For international orders, items will be processed and sent out within 5 working days upon payment.
     
  4. How do I contact you?
    For sales enquiries, send your emails to

    For order and delivery enquiries, please send your emails to 
    orders@littlekidzcouture.com.
    We value every customers comment, please send your emails to

  5. What form of payments do you accept?
    We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) and internet banking transfer.
     
  6. Do you offer refund or exchange of items?
    We do not accept a refund or exchange once payment is made or item has been processed and sent out.
    If it pertains to merchandise defects or items received it error, please contact us immediately at
    orders@littlekidzcouture.com and we will resolve as soon as possible. 
  7. If I reserve my items in Facebook, how long is the reservation?
    Items can be reserved for a day. We shall release your reservation after 24 hours if payment is not made. If you would like us to hold your item(s) longer, please contact us at
    orders@littlekidzcouture.com (leave down your name and contact number) and we will get back to you.
     
  8. Do you cater for hamper, birthday/baby showers or bundle gift sets with nice gift wrapping service?
    Yes we do. You need to contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
     
  9. Will you be launching new product and promotions etc on Facebook?
    Yes,we do. Join us on Facebook to find out what is new and in store.
     
  10. Do Facebook fans receive additional discounts off RRP?
    Yes, we do have such discounts for FB fans.
     
  11. Do you allow self-collection or Cash On Delivery or cheque payment?
    We do not accept cheque payment or cash on delivery. 
     
  12. Do you allow exchange or refund should there be defects?
    Please contact us immediately at 
    orders@littlekidzcouture.com and we will resolve as soon as possible.
     
  13. How often is the e-newsletter published?
    We will be sending this out on a monthly basis. However, we will also publish archive newsletter online. Please refer to Newsletter on the left navigational bar.
  14. Do you offer gift wrapping service in your store?
    You may check with us to see what is available.
