Upon receipt of delivery, we strongly recommend customers to check your orders within 7 days. Please email us at orders@littlekidzcouture.com if you receive an item in error.
If you received a package in error for which you did not purchase through Little Kidz Couture, wrong sizing or colours, please notify us immediately at orders@littlekidzcouture.com. Please ensure the item is unopened and with the original brand tag.
Little Kidz Couture is not responsible for any damaged or lost item in transit by SingPost or SpeedPost, hence, we highly recommend using registered mail.
Little Kidz Couture will not be responsible should there be a delay in Singpost or Speedpost delivery during festive seasons or natural calamity or bad weather conditions.
Please note that processing time may be longer during peak festive seasons. In the event such occurs, we seek your understanding in allowing us more time to process and deliver your items.
Please note that all orders delivered outside of Singapore may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country. Customers are responsible for additional costs that are not covered in the regular shipping cost.
