How to order on our website:-
You need to have an existing account with us before you can place your order.
New Customer - Please create a new account. A confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Existing Customer - Please login with your email address and password.
You may access ‘My Account’ to see your purchases at any point of the ordering process.
You could specify the quantity of items you wish to purchase for a particular product at Check Out.
To end the ordering process, please proceed to Check Out. (Enter a promo code if any)
All email enquiries will be responded within two working days from Monday to Friday.
You can place orders online on our website anytime.
Orders will only be processed upon full payment via internet banking transfer or paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Incomplete orders/payments will not be attended.
All local orders will be processed within three working days from Monday to Friday. All international orders will be processed within five working days from Monday to Friday.
All local and international orders will be mailed out on every Tuesday and Friday.
No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is received.
Items sold are non-refundable, non-exchangable and non-returnable.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, it is not our policy to offer a refund. We shall offer you a credit note which will be credited into your account. You can view the amount by accessing your account. This amount will be valid for three months from the date the credit is deposited into your account with no extension of expiry date. The credit note is non-transferable.
If you wish to make your payment via internet banking transfer, please email us at orders@littlekidzcouture.com with the items you wish to order. For inter-bank transfer, it takes approximately one to five days for the amount to be reflected. Orders will only be processed when payment is received. If internet-banking transfer is done other than by POSB/DBS account, please allow upto five days for the amount to be received. If transfer is done by POSB or DBS account, amount will be reflected immediately. Please reply to our order summary email with transaction reference number, payer's name, amount, date and time.

Self-collection at a pre-assigned location is not allowed.
Cash payment is not allowed.
Urgent Orders
For urgent orders, a surcharge fee of SGD20 in addition per order applies from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
Please email us at orders@littlekidzcouture.com and indicate on the email subject as ‘Urgent’ and quote your order number. Eg: Urgent Request: 12345678.
Facebook Orders
For Facebook order, please make your payment promptly on our website within two days to avoid any stock-out issue. If payment is not made within the stipulated time frame, we have the right to release your order.
Little Kidz Couture reserves the right to amend the prices on our site anytime without prior notice.
We do not charge GST (Goods and Services Tax). All items are NETT pricing.
Little Kidz Couture puts in every effort to maintain stock availability and reliable supply from the brand owner. Sizes may be limited for some stocks or designs may be discontinued. This is at the discretion of the management.
For all local and international orders, please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Little Kidz Couture will not be responsible for wrong addresses given on the ordering page.
Local orders will be sent out by Singapore Post via normal postage. We will add normal postage flat fee of SGD2.55 for all orders below SGD120. If registered mail is requested, we add an additional of SGD2.25 to your total bill.
Free local shipping (only applicated for Singapore delivery addresses) for orders $120 and above. Not valid for international delivery addresses, Sentosa islands and Jurong islands delivery.
We will send you a tracking number if you opt for registered mail. Please check the status of your item via http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.aspx. We are not responsible for any non-delivery or issues via registered mail by Singpost. Please contact Singpost directly with your tracking number.
For international orders, please select the currency you are using and paying for. Little Kidz Couture reserves the right to amend currency rates without prior notice. We strongly encourage customers to refresh the site at that point of buying.
